Khaled Moussally
EVP Corporate Development and Operations
Khaled Moussally is a highly accomplished executive, results-driven professional with over 27 years of experience in the FDA regulated Industries. As the Executive Vice President Corporate Development and Operations, he is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Khaled’s exceptional communication and negotiation skills make him a trusted partner for clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders. He excels at building collaborative relationships and leveraging his regulatory expertise to address client needs effectively.
Prior to Co-Founding Compliance Group in 2017, Khaled spent 19 years at Baxter Healthcare, held various Quality, Manufacturing and IT leadership positions. He led the IT Quality & Compliance function introducing lean CSV/CSA processes prior to departing from Baxter.
Khaled has been an active contributor to the MDIC “Case for Quality Initiatives” and a member of the “FDA CSA Industry team” (FICSA) since 2016 implementing FDA draft guidance “Computer Software Assurance. Khaled has been a dedicated ISPE GAMP Americas Steering Committee Member since 2019.
Khaled earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration on Automation from Florida International University.
Sarat Chandra Bhamidipati
CEO
Sarat Chandra is an accomplished software and services executive with more than two decades of experience in Life Sciences industry. Sarat specializes in building worldclass teams and enabling great customer experiences through agile services and creative solutions. His 20+ year career extends across tech entrepreneurship, building rockstar teams, program management, FDA regulated processes, business leadership and M & A.
As the CEO of Compliance Group, Sarat sees his primary responsibility as empowering and supporting teammates with the right tools and human resources. Prior to cofounding Compliance Group, Sarat helped build and sell multiple IT companies and also held corporate positions during which he built and led large teams.
Sarat is an avid reader and holds a Masters in Engineering Technology from India’s Top 5 schools BITS – Pilani.
Jason Spiegler
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Customer Experience
Jason Spiegler is responsible for the company’s strategy development, and leads the Sales and Marketing organizations across their four business units, including Strategic Consulting, Staff Augmentation, Technology Solutions, and Technology Services.
Prior to CG, Spiegler was with Siemens Digital Industries Software, where he led many collaborative initiatives with the FDA and customers, helping to remove barriers and increase the velocity of innovation and improvement for the industry. Spiegler created the FDA – Industry CSA team (FICSA) in 2016 and led recent Advanced Manufacturing Digital Thread projects with FDA CDRH and FDA OCET ( https://www.fda.gov/emergency-preparedness-and-response/ocet-advanced-manufacturing/smart-design-and-manufacturing-pilot ).
Prior to Siemens, Spiegler held Quality Management positions with Johnson and Johnson and several medical device start-up companies. Spiegler has more than 25 years of experience in Quality, Business Development, and Sales Management roles within the Life Sciences and Technology industries.
Spiegler earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Engineering Leadership Development from Pennsylvania State University; and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Baruch College. Jason previously served on the ASQ National Board of Directors and co-created the ASQ Emerging Quality Leaders Program
David DeLuca
Director - Strategic Consulting
David DeLuca is an experienced leader with a strong track record in manufacturing, R&D, and systems validation and compliance. Over the years, David has taken on a variety of roles across Quality, Research and Development, and Operations, building a deep understanding of the different challenges, opportunities and best practices across the Medical Device / Pharmaceutical value stream.
A passionate advocate for lean and efficient processes, David has worked closely with numerous life sciences companies to modernize their quality systems. From implementing lean V&V principles to rolling out digital tools and CSA frameworks, David has helped companies streamline operations, stay compliant, and achieve their goals more effectively.
David brings a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a focus on pragmatic solutions. His experience spans development and manufacturing at large organizations like Getinge, Glaukos, and Nordson Medical, as well as start-ups in the cardiology and neurology spaces. This diverse background has helped him develop the expertise and perspective needed to guide clients through the challenges of regulated industries.
David has earned both his undergraduate and master's degrees in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, providing a strong technical foundation for his leadership in the field.
Caroline Honold
Director - Project Management Office
With over 15 years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, and organizational change management, Caroline Honold is a results-driven professional who excels in establishing scalable PMO frameworks, enhancing governance, and implementing technology-driven solutions. Currently serving as Director of PMO at Compliance Group Inc., Caroline has successfully centralized PMO operations, standardized methodologies, and improved project visibility through live dashboards and automated reporting systems.
Throughout her career, Caroline has led strategic consulting projects, validated enterprise-level software solutions, and managed data migrations for platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, IBM Optim, Veeva, and Salesforce. Her expertise extends to integrating Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices into project workflows, delivering consistent training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Known for aligning project management initiatives with organizational goals, Caroline is adept at risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like FDA 21 CFR Part 11. She holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and has a strong educational background, including a Master’s in Organizational Management with a specialization in Supply Chain.
Caroline’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and strategic vision, making her a key asset in driving successful project delivery and organizational transformation.
Jonathan Meuzelaar
Director, Technology Solutions
Jon has over 20 years of experience managing enterprise-wide application lifecycle management and digital CSA systems, ensuring seamless execution from design to decommissioning. He specializes in translating technical solutions into business impact, with a focus on FDA-regulated industries.
As a leader in client delivery, Jon has built organizations centered on Siemens Polarion, helping clients achieve regulatory compliance while reducing time, cost, and effort. He is adept at developing quality strategies, policies, and systems that drive operational excellence across companies and their supply chains. Jon’s expertise delivers innovative, impactful solutions for complex, highly regulated environments.
Colleen Twomey
Director - Staffing Sales & Customer Experience
Colleen Twomey is an accomplished professional with over eight years of experience in supporting staffing and strategic consulting initiatives within the life sciences industries. As Director of Staff Augmentation Services, Colleen combines her deep industry knowledge with a results driven approach to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Her expertise spans in market strategy, client relationship management, and driving business growth. Colleen is passionate about leveraging innovative strategies to support organizations in achieving their goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and staying ahead in the market.
Colleen is based in Boston, MA where she runs and manages our new Charlestown, MA office.
Venkata Phani Nandula
Director - Technology Delivery
With close to two decades of experience in technology leadership, Venkata Nandula has a proven track record in delivering large-scale enterprise applications across diverse industries. Beginning his journey as a full-stack developer, he advanced to the role of Enterprise Architect, playing a key role in building mission-critical, highly available, and distributed systems (HADS).
At CG, Venkata spearheads technical implementations on platforms like Polarion and Mendix. He also leads 'CG Labs', the R&D arm of CG, leveraging AI, ML, and emerging technologies to address complex challenges in the Medical Device and Life Sciences sectors. Before joining CG, Venkata worked on mission-critical applications at American Express and Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he oversaw core service implementations. Additionally, he has successfully built and led DevOps governance teams across organizations, delivering strategic frameworks and initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Bhawna Gupta
Director - Marketing
With over 15 years of experience, Bhawna Gupta is a dynamic Marketing Professional and seasoned expert in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, Digital Marketing, Media Planning, and Implementation. Her expertise spans multiple channels, enabling maximum resource utilization and impactful campaign delivery.
Currently serving as Director of Marketing at CG. She has demonstrated expertise in Strategic Planning, Campaign Management, Branding, and Client-Vendor collaboration.

Sarada Ramamoorthy
Head- Strategic Consultant
Sarada is a dedicated Life Sciences Enthusiast with nearly two decades of experience in Regulatory Compliance and Computer System Validation/Assurance. Certified as an ISO Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, ISO 13485, ISO 22301, and ISO 20000, Sarada is also a Lead Implementer for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 42001:2023 AI GRC. Additionally, she holds Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications. Her extensive project portfolio includes overseeing digital transformations, infrastructure qualifications, and multi-ERP rollouts, including SAP S/4HANA on cloud and Salesforce implementations across the pharmaceutical value chain.
Her expertise spans a wide range of critical areas, including Agile transformations, and the delivery of innovative SaaS solutions. Sarada has been instrumental in leading quality assurance initiatives across the Pharma Value Chain for complex, multi-site, digital transformation programs involving cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and IoT.
Sarada holds a Master’s in Computer Applications and a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas.
