Highlights of 2024 Compliance Group Inc
2024 has been a transformative year for CG, marked by Remarkable Team Growth, New Certifications, New Partnerships, and Expanded Offerings. We’ve reached significant milestones, forged impactful partnerships, and introduced cutting-edge solutions and services that have solidified our position as an industry leader in quality and compliance across the value chain. This year, we’ve embraced innovation, driven strategic expansion, and remained committed to being a “customer intimacy” company empowering our clients in their journey toward seamless digital transformation and quality excellence.
Expanded Service Offerings
OCM and Microlearning
CG invested in developing a range of OCM Services, embracing a methodology agnostic approach through co-creation with clients to meet them where they are, based on their unique culture and requirements. CG also invested in developing a modern approach for client Learning and Development, leveraging Microlearning technology for interactive lessons, courses and curriculums to ensure clients can easily consume critical information on-demand.
CG’s new OCM Services and Microlearning are helping clients rapidly adopt new processes and technologies at scale, creating the value they expect from their change initiatives.
Technology Expansion
To better meet customers where they are, CG expanded partnerships with leading technology providers like Siemens, Veeva, and ValGenesis. To remove friction and accelerate value for customers, CG developed new turn-key bundled offerings that leverage best-in-class business process (SOPs, Work Instructions, templates), preconfigured technology, Microlearning, OCM services, administration services, and validation staff augmentation managed services. Per client requests, CG expanded into Advisory services, helping clients with technology road mapping, peer benchmarking, requirements gathering, vendor evaluation and selection, and financial grant proposals. Our CG Labs division also enhanced our delivery services capability with new AI based accelerators, to help with remediation projects, change management and technology implementations.
Services for MedTech Start-Ups
To help MedTech Start-Ups de-risk their regulatory pathways, increase investor confidence, and accelerate product development velocity, CG developed bundled offerings for Design Control and Risk Management. For example, CG helped JuneBrain a 6-person start-up, collaborate with MDIC and FDA in the Advanced Manufacturing Clearing House program.
CG provided advisory services and a holistic turn-key offering including a best-in-class preconfigured technology, SOPs and Work Instructions, Microlearning, OCM Services, validation, and much more. For resource strapped Start-Ups and small companies, we want to streamline the technology implementation and adoption, so they can rapidly use the tool without overhead.
New Certifications
Successfully renewed our ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications, both of which set the benchmark for information security, data, and risk management, ensures our commitment to maintaining high standards. These certifications remain valid for three years, with annual surveillance audits to ensure continuous compliance.

Expansion
CG’s team grew substantially in 2024, doubling in size to accommodate our expanding client base and service offerings. Additionally, we acquired larger workplaces in Boston, Chicago, and Hyderabad, India. These upgrades reflect our dedication to fostering collaboration, innovation, and delivering exceptional client services.
Partnerships with Leading Technology Providers
CG forged new formal partnerships with Veeva and ValGenesis, adding to our robust technology ecosystem alongside existing partners such as Siemens. Our Siemens partnership also expanded as CG became a Gold Partner (Polarion), added new Mendix customers, and increased Xcelerator staff augmentation capabilities.
Our Veeva certifications include implementation support, validation services, and post-implementation services, encompassing Release Management and 24/7 Support. Additionally, CG will continue to leverage its business process expertise and adoption service capabilities (Change Management) to enable faster time to value for customers.
Through our new partnership with ValGenesis, a leading Digital Validation Lifecyle Management solution provider, CG expands our validation offerings and services. CG will complement ValGenesis with business process subject matter expertise, additional implementation capacity, and change management/adoption services.
