Prior to 2020, many organizations were experiencing a quality executive leadership vacuum, where the next generation of executives were ill-prepared to lead with business value. The COVID 19 pandemic accelerated the vacuum, creating new challenges for knowledge transfer of leadership experience. The 13-month LQEP™ (Leadership for Quality Excellence Program) Development Certification Program accelerates the transfer of executive knowledge and leadership experience related to creating business value, to the next generation of leadership responsible for quality excellence and continuous improvement, regardless of function.

The 13-month program includes

Who should participate in this program?

The LQEP program is designed for high performing and/or high potential mid-level managers/directors being groomed for senior-level management. Ideal candidates are passionate about leadership development, change, quality, continuous improvement, learning, and welcome thought-provoking challenges.
